DIY Resin Tray Workshop At Fisk Avenue in Waukesha.
Join us for this informative and fun class and create your own live-edge epoxy serving tray/charcuterie board!
We provide a wide variety of live-edge hardwood pieces, cut to size, as well as plenty of mica powder coloring options to select from for the epoxy pour. You choose your boards and colors when you arrive. Attendees will have the choice of up to 2 colors of epoxy, and may mix-and-match wood selection.
We provide all supplies. You pick the resin colors you want and we guide you through each step, from prepping the mold to the final pour. These projects take 48+ hours to cure, and then require final sanding by our workshop leaders. Projects will be available for pick-up one week following workshop date. Upon pick-up, we oil the board and you can elect to add handles from our stock or leave as-is.
Approximate Workshop Duration: 1-1.5 hr
Please note: Epoxy-Resin is not recommended for cutting with sharp knives, as it can flake the epoxy or dull the edges of knives. Once cured, epoxy is food grade as a serving element only, not to be used for preparation. PPE provided for pouring process.
